Timeframe for Returns: You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return items.

Condition of Items: Please make sure the items are in their original condition. This means they should be unused, unworn, and in the same packaging.

Damaged Items: If you receive damaged items, let us know right away! We'll work with you to make it right.

Return Approval: Before sending anything back, you need approval from us. Just shoot us an email at info@mybabylounge.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

Refund Process: Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
